What is the process for installing a door?
We offer a free, no obligation site survey to measure up and provide you with an accurate quotation.
How long does installation take?
95% of the installations we undertake are fitted within a single day and the vast majority within half a day.
For your security and convenience we always aim to complete an installation in the same day, sending as many installers are required for the job - however for very large or complicated installations occasionally this can not be achieved.
Will you take away my old garage door?
Yes, we'll remove your old garage door free of charge, leaving you to enjoy your brand new garage door.
Do I have to be present for the installation?
If we have access to your premises it is not necessary however it is preferred.
Whilst you certainly do not need to present for the entire installation of your brand new garage door we do like you to be there upon completion so that we can give you a full demonstration of the door and its operation, as well as hand over the remote control or keys.
Do your installers work directly for you?
Our entire installation team is employed directly by us and every member has domestic fitter, health and safety and asbestos training.
